The musical that started a 40-year nonstop cultural phenomenon is back where it is meant to be seen – live on stage! This is a full stage production, not the shadow-cast in front of the screening of the film. All costumes, of any sort, are encouraged for all shows, but especially for Halloween night where there is a costume contest.
On a wild and rain-swept late-November evening, somewhere at an empty stretch of road outside Ohio's merry Denton, the blissfully-affianced, prudish, and boringly innocent young pair of Brad Majors and Janet Weiss find themselves stranded on their way to visit an ex-tutor. Instead, the couple will inadvertently unearth the cross-dressing Dr Frank-N-Furter from the planet of Transsexual, Transylvania in his spooky lair of inexhaustible oddities, just in time to partake in the out-of-this-world mad scientist's proud unveiling of his latest, delightfully extravagant, and most daring Frankenstein style creation--the ultimate man and the perfect sex symbol/toy: the flaxen-haired, Rocky. But, little by little, as the effervescent transgressive force gobbles up whole the unsuspecting visitors of the night, Brad and Janet slowly begin to embrace the potent fascinations of seduction, while an idolised Rocky roams free in the mansion. Can they survive the night and resist giving themselves over to absolute pleasure?
A full delicious dinner meal of Prime Rib, Chicken, or a Vegan/Vegetarian (vegetable fried rice with a Soy mock chicken) will be served with salad, grape salad, and all the fixings, as well as dessert at the show! For ages 17 and up. Reserved seating. For our Halloween Night Show, doors open 2 hours early for a party with appetizers and some games as well as the costume contest with the Grand Prize of $200 to the best costume and a runner up $50! The costume contest will be judged by the Rocky Horror cast. Any costumes are great, they don't have to be just Rocky Horror themed.
